BIG Breaking KTM acquired 25.1% of MV Agusta officially.


In a recent announcement, MV Agusta Motor SpA announced there would be a capital increase of roughly €30 million in the upcoming year, which will be funded by KTM AG and the company's shareholders.

The extraordinary meeting of shareholders took place on November 15, 2022, during which the extraordinary meeting was held. A new shareholder was introduced to the shareholders at the meeting, and it was officially announced that KTM AG is a company controlled by PIERER Mobility AG, which owns 25.1% of the shares in the company. The board of directors of MV Agusta now includes two members who are members of the senior management team at KTM.
