All new 2022  Fiat 500X is updated and Could Be on the Way to launch soon.

There is one model in the Fiat stable that could see a minor style update soon (at least in the U.S. market).

Fiat showed off images of a refreshed 500X for the European market on Wednesday, along with new lighting, a new front fascia with a big "500" badge, and the addition of the (RED) trim level. The rear of the 500X has been updated with retro-style Fiat badging. Fiat's press release noted no changes to the interior, except that the (RED) model features red seat piping and embroidery.

The updates are slated to be available in Europe beginning in 2022. We won't see them until model year 2023 at the earliest, as the 2022 Fiat 500X is already on sale here with little difference from last year's model.

Fiat whittled its lineup to a single model over the last few years, dropping the 500 minicar and the 124 roadster in favor of the 500X, which shares its underpinnings (and its Italian assembly plant) with the Jeep Renegade.

Fiat's 500X was its top seller in the U.S. last year, but only 1,181 of them made it to consumers. In comparison, Toyota sold 407,000 RAV4 models during the same period, and Jeep dealers delivered 47,000 Renegade CUVs. Click here to see Fiat 500Xs for sale.
