All new 2022 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Nurburgring launched In limited series. MV launches the limited edition of 150 units of the Brutale 1000 Nurburgring based on the latest Brutale 1000RR. With carbon fiber wheels and other small details, it is the most extreme Brutale with the Racing kit. Data and price

MV Agusta presented a new limited series based on the Brutale 1000RR.

Brutale 1000 Nurburgring is the successor to the Brutale 1000RS version and is available from 39,900 euros, 7,600 euros more than Brutale 1000RR.

As the most extreme Brutale ever, it boasts the logo of the famous Nordschleife (the 20.8 km German circuit built in 1927 that hosted MotoGP, Endurance and Formula 1 races previously).

The Brutale 1000RR differs from it in that its dry weight is reduced by 3 kg, from 186 to 183 kg (and which goes down to 177 kg when equipped with the Racing kit), mainly thanks to the carbon fiber wheels.
Built by BST, they have solid aluminum alloy hubs. It is obvious that weight reduction is important in terms of driving performance since these are unsprung and rotating masses.

The mini carbon fiber windshield, above the headlight, has a deporting function.
In addition to the plate with progressive numbering, there are special coloring in silver, red and gray, and a series of stickers scattered around with initials and numbers that distinguish the models.

Included in the Racing Kit is the Arrow titanium exhaust with carbon fiber protection, the ECU with dedicated mapping, the carbon fiber passenger seat cover, and the certificate of origin.

The exhaust, developed with Arrow based on Superbike experience, has a different configuration of the manifolds: 4 into 2 (coupled cylinders 1-2 and 3-4) before flowing into the single final silencer.

The rest of the aesthetics and numerous carbon fiber components, as well as the forged rider footpegs, are similar to the 1000RR. The technical basis includes a 998 cc four-cylinder engine with a twin-shaft distribution, a six-speed gearbox and four radially arranged valves per cylinder.

Sixteen titanium valves and titanium connecting rods are used; the camshafts have been recalibrated, the valve guides and cups have been treated with DLC to reduce friction, the exhaust manifold has been modified, but the four typical raised silencers remain.

The evolution served to homologate the bike according to Euro5 standards. The maximum power is 208 horsepower at 13,000 rpm, and the maximum torque is 11.9 kgm at 11,000 rpm; the maximum speed is over 300 km / h.

The chassis sees the high-strength steel frame integrated with side plates obtained by casting of aluminum alloy, there are the single-sided swingarm and the new wheels.

The Brembo braking system features a radial front pump and Stylema calipers for the 320 mm front discs. New is Continental's MK100 ABS with cornering function .

All suspension and steering dampers are Ohlins , with electronic hydraulic adjustment, and have been recalibrated. Last but not least, the EAS 3.0 electronic gearbox has a new sensor and full LED lighting.

Electronics package includes torque control with four maps, eight-level traction control, and wheelie control.

The Brutale, from 2021, is equipped with a new inertial platform that adds front lift control, launch control and cruise control; There is also a 5.5-inch TFT color dashboard that can connect to the MV Ride App with which you can customize various parameters of the bike directly from your smartphone, there is the navigator function (turn by turn) and the Mobisat alarm.
